Old row active here-- I have lots of friends in theta. They suffer from not having a lot of in state pull and the arbiters of who is "in" or "not in" tends to be the hyper Greek in state kids. But theta is perfectly fine and they get pnms all the time that have lots of options at pref.

Part of being in a sorority is maintaining a high gpa. You don't work your way to the top of the grade report without suffering a few casualties

Then they deserve to be at the bottom. Bad. Being high on the grade report is not worth conditioning sisterhood. It is like loving your parents only if they buy you stuff.

AOPi will be in swing house this year and part next year, so they will have a new house. The only similarity is they have a high GPA, like theta.
