90% has to do with personality and then 10% has to do with more superficial stuff

A great personality is very important in almost every house. There are very few connected legacies in certain houses that can get a bid without having a personality that works within the house. What kind of personality that might be depends on the house. What is good in DG may not be good in DZ.
