delta sigma phi

What is everyone's view of Delta Sig? I haven't heard too much about it but the 2 stories I've heard about it were good. Why does no one talk about them, good or bad?

It's widely known that delta sig is considered one of the bottom fraternities, that being said I have so many good friends in this fraternity I think personally they're a good time and I know a lot of my friends like them as well.
