best house on jefferson street

I just had my Bama Bound last week and now I know I want to join a fraternity. Unfortunately money is tight so most of the "old row" houses I heard about are probably out. So which new row houses or houses in Jefferson street are rising or already at the top? No self ranks please. I want unbiased reviews. My dad was a Delta Sigma Phi btw but idk how they are now at Alabama.

LXA is not only the best fraternity on Jefferson but the best fraternity at UA. I received bids from all the "top ranked" old row houses and choose LXA over any of them.

Please stop self ranking, it is horribly obvious. LXA may be up there on Jefferson but thats it.

LXA is fine. I went to one of their date parties and they are nice, fun guys. But what is up with all the self-ranking? It seems very insecure.

Delta chi, ZBT, or Kappa sig is your answer boss. LXA is alright too but they are kinda try hards and people are starting to notice
