Because they're falling? They have trouble with recruitment and haven't been getting very good pledge classes

Dz is not very good and they aren't really desired and while the other houses are riding they're just not standing out, thus their falling

AOPI is not rising. If theta is falling then so is aopi. They're literally the same thing.
