I'm currently a freshman and plan to rush this fall. Can the friends I've made in some houses interact with me over the summer or is that not allowed? I'm just wondering if group chats to keep up with them are OK?

After May 1st actives are not supposed to have any contact with you unless it is unavoidable. For example: they're your actual best friend, y'all are related, you work together, happen to be in the same small group
