There was one house (not gunna name names) that did feel a bit like a college interview lol like same girls asked me the same questions over and over and didn't even seem to react to my answers

Perhaps they were nervous freshman -- new to recruiting on the other side as an active member.

The most valued PNMs are the ones that can make even their host feel comfortable.
