Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 2.4 Went to pref with alpha gam and while I considered making them my first choice, I realized I would have only done it for the title of being old row, and I was more interested in a real sisterhood so I chose a nr house instead. Undeniably a top grades house, extremely involved, southern, and extremely religious. But it's not for everyone. A lot of girls are unhappy with the sisterhood and have come to realize that winning isn't everything. Some of the girls are nice but many more just aren’t.

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 2.2 I'm gonna start off by saying that no, I'm not an alpha gam, and yes, am in another sorority at Alabama. AGD’s are known well on campus, their "stereotype" is to be smart. And while they are and are represented well on campus, they lack in substance. It's sad to say i have met more mean girls than i have nice, and the nicer ones are the ones that you don't see on the insta, or tt, or website... AGD is extremely cliquey. Its rare to see them hanging out with girls outside AGD

Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 5.0 Had a couple bumps last year because they’re growing like crazy. They are on the up! becoming a force to be reckoned with in terms of top tier. They may not rival PM or KKG just yet, but their genuine sisterhood is what makes up for it. Can be harder to get into if you are not Southern or legacy but they do take the top OOR girls.

For example I was in class once, after spring break, and I witnessed a DZ tell a SK that no one liked them and just overall being very rude and unkind. What are we, in kindergarten? As members of sororities, whether we are in the same house or not, we are supposed to build each other up, and have higher standards for ourselves. obviously some of this just comes with the territory of being in Greek life at Alabama, and in SKs case being new,but I really don't think it's serving anyone to hate on sigma kappa (OR ANY OTHER SORORITY), especially to their faces. It makes your sorority look ignorant and self absorbed. Always bragging that they’re top for grades. No one cares. Be nice. That’s what matters.
