this is based on wealth, some mixer schedule (not reliable because there is a lot of fluidity and no one knows the exact mixer schedules of all the frats, THERE ARE MANY UNREGISTERED EVENTS) and also campus involvement in clubs and clout

i have to agree with OP this list takes into account multiple factors. many frats have unregistered events with sororities and the parking lot of a house can say a lot

I wish alumni relations would be taken into account too but overall you can tell this list is pretty solid given the amount of people pissed off

sig phi over psi u, which is basically tied with alpha delt at this point. DU and DX on the same level. phi psi either below sig pi or on the same level, debatable, but definitely above chi phi.

these are legitimate rankings. as a senior I have seen a lot things change over the years, some houses improve, others stay constant and others getting worse. You cannot tell me that the rankings from four years ago are the same as today. that would be a complete lie to the freshmen. now i took into account a variety of factors when making the list and i am not preffing one house over another, this is just how it is.
