Here's a thought...how about some fun intelligent girls pref houses they really like, that have tight sisterhoods, with fun, nice girls that will build you up and make your lives better---the things you're supposed to get out of Greek life. How about they don't fall into the trap of "tiers" and mixer schedules...imagine how that would change some of Cornell's Greek life. Try it pnms!!

If girls would just follow their brains and really go where they are comfortable, instead of relying on old reps and "tiers" houses would change fast! Decent, smart, pretty girls would not want to deal with the alpha phis and kappas on a daily basis. Some would still go DG or theta, and I could see liking tri delt or maybe pi phi. AXO and azd would def get better. Phi mu needs a house, then would do better as well--still just too new. Aephi too odd and KD odd and just not always nice to each other. Don't know too much about phi sig tbh, so can't comment.
