DU is still a top house?

I hear so much about DU falling off because they took wack pcs and filled their house with football players. But then why are they still mixing C4? Looking for honest opinion on future of this frat as I’m looking to rush this fall.

Still have good seniors but their mixing has been falling off. Younger guys have no C4 relations
