don't sleep on Beta house though --> they used to be a top house until they went dry and their house is massive, like really massive, similar set up to Sig Chi's without the pool

Depends on what you’re looking for. If we’re talking purely the house, then AD or SAE. If we’re talking about house and property, then Chi Psi, Llenroc, and Sig Chi. If we factor in location, then Sig Phi, TDX, and Sig Pi have to be way up there.

Chi Psi is the best. House is real nice, property is big, and it's on top of the slope which is an easy walk to anywhere and prime for slopeday.

Most frat houses here are good, so it’s not a big deal. Unless your house is really small and you’ll be forced to host everything in college town.

Sig Nu’s house and yard are underrated. Just a few years ago they hosted all the big parties on campus.
