Too many top fraternities kicked off, need replacemen

by: f greek life…

I’m a senior and i’ve been invested in greek life for a while. So many top fraternities have been kicked off in the last decade and they were the best. Some fraternities coming back this semester and the next, we need them.

Recap for frosh that don't know anything. I'll add the tier when they were kicked off for context.

Permanently kicked off (or at least looks that way):
Psi U - top
PhiPsi - upper

Kicked off and in no-man's land:
TEP - upper
ATO - upper
TKE - lower

Kicked off and coming back within a ~year:
Fiji - mid
Llenroc - upper
SigEp - lower mid
Sammy - lower mid

Came back this year:
SNU - upper
SAE - top

Teke's the only house that wasn't really relevant that get kicked off.

Fiji and Llenroc for sure not since they can recruit officially in the fall, and Sig Ep can come back in the spring apparently. I suppose the TEP house is available too, but they've been doing renovations lately so they're probably on the way back too. ATO's is locked up for the vets. Phi Psi's lease might open up soon though and wasn't TKE trying to sell theirs this summer? Both of those are definitely options. Psi U's is owned by the school and some type of living center so that's off the table. They're either going into one of those 2 or they need to build a new house again lmfao.

It is going to be Phi Mu for the time being, although I expect them to get a better house eventually. Psi U is off the table as it’s either going to continue being the equity house (or whatever it’s called) or go back to being Psi U. Phi Psi is really the only other possibility.

If Sammy’s housing agreement with Cornell is anything like the one I’ve read they likely have a shaky right to a Cornell-owned building of some kind. To my knowledge (as of last semester), Sammy has basically only been offered Phi Mu at this point, but has had advanced discussions about a better building.

What about one of those co-ops on Stewart, next to ATO? Those are basically frat houses and Sammy has enough money to buy one of those out I’d imagine.
