has nobody else noticed how much chi phi has been absolutely GRINDING this site recently? random slander on similar houses and rankings that put them super high for no real reason. and their page has a ton of random new reviews. wouldn't be surprised if they let their pledges off easy if they grind this site as if it'll do something
