2nd Contact then ghosted?

So I got 2nd Contacts from a couple frats. I hit up guys in both houses about events tonight. Heard back from one, sounds like a good one too, but I've been ghosted so far from the other. What's the deal with people - if you're going to hand me a 2nd contact at least make it mean something right?
