Kappa Sigma vs DKE

Hi I'm a freshman interested in both frats, and I was wondering how they compare? Like how their parties are, sorority relations, how many girls come to parties, etc.
I'm not that concerned with reputation as much as just objective quality of how things are with them.

They mix with the lower mid and bottom sororities. Decent amount of opens. Deke's house is better, but KSig's is pretty good too. Deke has the stronger alumni, but KSig has a bigger brotherhood. Both are pretty comparable and generally chill guys.

Not true. I am in a bottom sorority and we do not mix and none of my friends in other houses do either. Aware of the opens though and have seen girls there, but those aren’t mixers
