Not too surprising. Only house that is gonna argue this ranking is DX with their grind on this site nonstop as they try to stop falling. Nothing new

Best ranking ive seen in a while. Chi Psi had potential to be same as Sig Pi, but a bad fall rush kinda delayed that. DX gonna grind this post but whats new? You could move Sig Pi to AD level, but they’re arguably falling. Id argue ZBT is on Lambda level as well.

ZBT literally bought into every big way at Chi Psi and Lambda last year because the only mixer they can get is with SDT. Definitely not in upper mid.

That may be true, but as of right now, they are still a tier above sig pi and chi phi, based on how they mix and frat relationships. but that could very well change soon.
