What is lambda doing there? Chi phis house is so much nicer

Lambda is the only house with a gazebo and they have one of the better deck set ups. Chi Phi has similarly good views, but they have no backyard space and their house is awkward inside.

It’s what 40-50 years older than most frat houses? It sounds like a lot but in the grand scheme of things as most houses are nearing 80-90 years at least it’s not that bad
