Gimli fought several battles this weekend with friend and foe alike. Friday began rather swimmingly when three spice merchants invited the trio to a most excellent welcoming ceremony. Gimli was rather fond of one spice merchant having seen her ships fly in weeks earlier. Unfortunately Gimli was aware the spice merchant had happened to sharpen Aragorn’s sword as well. Having seen this before, Gimli kept a keen eye on Aragorn’s forsworn loins.
