Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.2 OK Clearly these guys are not and never will be top tier. They won't be moving into the house until next year. That being said, they have some nice guys (some awkward ones), some good looking guys, and I think they'll be mid tier when they get back on campus. For their sake I hope they stop with the awful recruitment techniques, just.stop. Let your castle for a house do the job for you. Ok?
