Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 This house actually has fallen off same with theta. I’m advising we switch to a c3 because these bottom of the core 4 aren’t pulling their weight anymore. Really disappointed with this years projected pc and wish our house was gonna be better after we merged as an alum. Overall not c4 anymore i think the spam rankings are just trying to adjust snu to its proper mid tier!

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 At the end of the day, every house is going to talk bad about each other before rush, but most of the top houses all rush the same kids. Snu does a good job getting the kids they want. Similar to AD but more NYC and LI instead of international. Will probably do a good job in rush again if I had to guess
