Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 SAE is the newest frat to recolonize and were a joke for a year or two, but a series of good rush cycles has helped them rise to being one of the better mid/upper mid tier houses. They are still stuck with some really squiddy senior holdouts from their earliest years though. Known for having a lot of alumni money.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.3 SAE's probably the weirdest fraternity on campus. They have a couple of CRAZY wealthy alumni who are very active donors and as a result have essentially an endless amount of money at their disposal. However, they don't have real sorority relations and there are some weird dudes who give off strange vibes. If they didn't have all the money in the world, they'd be bottom tier, but they have thrown a few widely talked about parties.
