Iβve gotten to know a lot of SAE brothers pretty well. Although some of the seniors are a little weird or standoffish, their PCs keep improving every year. Last year they stole a lot of top rushes and itβs looking like they are getting a strong PC again. Definitely one of the wealthiest frats, so with their budget I can definitely see them rising higher in the next couple years.

SAE is back. But their recolonization efforts look like a desperate attempt to actually "matter". Overall I give them a negative ranking. Parties have lackluster attendance. Brothers are standoffish. Overall negative feel

SAE is the newest frat to recolonize and were a joke for a year or two, but a series of good rush cycles has helped them rise to being one of the better mid/upper mid tier houses. They are still stuck with some really squiddy senior holdouts from their earliest years though. Known for having a lot of alumni money.

Only thing I really know about these guys is for begging actual frats to come to their parties for free so that they will bring women. Guys will probably be asking their wifeβs boyfriend for more time on the Xbox in a few years after college
