Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.4 DX has fallen off a cliff. Their rush chairs quit because their past PC was so bad. Used to be firmly in the 5 spot, now prob 7th/8th best house on campus (either them or ZBT)

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.7 I think DX is strongly mid. Mediocre parties usually full of freshmen but the house is nice which helps. Most people would not choose DX over the other upper mids. Also it a desperate look the way they’ve been grinding greekrank. Nice guys but I don’t see them moving upwards anytime soon.
