Never been 5th best house. They would historically rotate around 6th or 7th, but now they may fall to 8th (and swap with ZBT most likely).

DX fall off needs to be studied. From being the 5th best house on campus to being at risk of falling into the SAE tier of frats in just a semester is unreal. Horribly lost at rush this entire year

DX has fallen off a cliff. Their rush chairs quit because their past PC was so bad. Used to be firmly in the 5 spot, now prob 7th/8th best house on campus (either them or ZBT)

Solid mid tier house but not moving up anytime soon- they are social climmy asf (not as bad as sig pi tho) and try to act like they are going c4 soon but it just isn’t happening- even c4 bouse (du) kills them in rush
