Yes some of the kids are nice but some definitely have some attitude issues. And it’s not really jealousy it’s just other houses have more fun parties now where guys aren’t as creepy towards girls.

not a fraternity when the brothers don't even know eachother...more of a social club. have had weird new guys the last two years and no sorority relations outside of dg. steadily on their way to mid tier.

Meh. I've had more fun with my friends at Chi Phi than I did at AD parties. Honestly this frat isn't even upper-tier at this point. There's never enough cute guys at their mixers and I end up just standing around awkwardly waiting to leave. Wish they were more fun, but sadly money doesn't give guys a better personality or nice lean bodies (can you trust-fund babies really not afford the gym fees?)

NEW ON GREEKRANK

They're exclusive. That's fine. But it becomes a problem when the majority of Cornell's greek life knows nothing about them. Then they start to go from "exclusive" to "irrelevant."

Used to be a top contender. But, ask yourself: when is the last time you went to a legitimately fun AD party and didn’t feel pressured into doing something? -onetoomanytimes

Losing their house at the end of the year bc Martha hates greek life and decided not to renew the AD land lease. Are considered among the top on campus bc of their amazing house, but if they do end up moving to the old Sammy dorm or old TEP house these guys will surely fall

Got a wack freshman PC full of phi psi, Sig chi, du, and even chi psi rejects. Considering the small size of DU’s PC and how chi psi is upper mid at best, the fact that they cut most of the ad kids before first contacts is saying something. Give it another year and AD is gonna be upper mid.

People say they’re “falling” out of jealousy their ranking hasn’t changed in 5 years lol. Guys are surprisingly nice and fun to hang out with
