Which sororities and fraternities actually own their houses? For those who do not own the houses they occupy, who does? Thanks!

AGD is owned by Sig Ep
Phi Mu is owned by a realtor who built it to rent, originally to Omega then Pike
Beta is owned by Lambda
Phi Sig is owned by ATO.
DZ & Gamma Phi not sure.
SAE, SX, SN, KA, Pi Kapp, Chi Psi, Kappa Sig- all own their houses
KD, ADPi, Zeta, XO, AXO, Kappa - all own their houses

Original GV sorority crew all own their houses and aren't going anywhere.

I'm not 100% sure about GPHI because they came in after all the others and are still a new sorority. I think they built and own their house though.
there aren't enough sororities to say this, but kind of like our totally different version of Old Row.

Ok so both of them have houses their nationals did not build. Phi Mu's was built by Omega Psi Phi and then leased by Pike for a bit until Phi Mu picked up the lease. I know they've renovated the house, but I'm not sure if they bought it though or they're still leading. AGD's was built by Sig Ep and they too have renovated. However I'm pretty sure they leased it and not bought it.
