Frats without houses?

Would it be smart to rush a DKE, TKE, PIKE, kind of house in the spring even though they don’t have a house?

Honestly having a house doesn't mean too much, they cant throw there and honestly the rooms suck. Pike dke and tke are pretty good for no house
