rushing as a junior

Hey, I'm wanting to transfer to USC next year and I really wanna rush, but I don't know if it'd be odd to rush a junior? any opinions?

like realistically, unless you somehow already have friends here or are in a sorority somewhere else, you probably wont get any top/middle srats back
