Question about KD snap bid and COB

This is a serious question, when will kd announce if they’re doing COB? My roommate got a snap bid from them today and I liked them but I dropped out because this was too stressful. Since she just got her bid today will she be able to put in a word for me or do i need to wait until spring? What other sororities will be giving COB?
