spring rush : what are good sororities

I am thinking about rushing in the spring. I heard no one stays in zta or axo past sophomore year but some people really like it. I liked them both during recruitment but didn't meet a lot of seniors or juniors. Also I know they have to spring rush bc they lose so many... is it worth it to rush in the spring? Does everyone really drop? What makes people drop after a year or two?
