Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 4.0 The only people who say XO (or AXO for that matter) isn't top tier are more than likely girls in the traditionally top sororities panicking about their rise. I'm in what most would call a "bottom tier" and I've seen how much XO has grown over 4 years. These girls have a tight sisterhood and that's what's earned them a spot at the top. Keep it up ladies.
