Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 2.2 Not a very large or well known chapter on campus. Brothers tend to not be of the traditional "southern" fraternity culture (i.e. vans, jeans, flat-bill hats). They have, however, recently obtained a GV house. As of now, much better options to rush than Phi Kapp.
