This is so bad. I’m was a GX and here is the truth. There is no way a Gphi is this dumb. This is the same girl who is pissed at Axo and constantly put them with DG. Even though their socials are more like Ddd and Aoii and Aphi. Axo and Aphi had a 90% retention rate. Gphi and the rest under it were way bad. Like 60% and just goes down. So shut up with this fake crap.

AXO does have a better social mix than ADG, DG, and DZ, but I think the disconnects comes from them not really being “girl’s girls” + they get a lot of the judgier religious types. So they aren’t as popular with a lot of PNMs, but compensate for it by relying on the social calendar.
Also not being on Milledge hurts them a bit too.
But this is Greek rank, and people are going to spew bad takes when DG and AGD are both clearly mid tier, and even the newest house AXiD got some amazing girls this year from houses like AXO, APhi, DZ, Pi Phi etc… and can probably be a real threat in another couple years!

yah i rushed this year and axo was the only mid/lower ranked house that didnt feel super welcoming. i got judgmental vibes from them for sure, and they were the only house to ask me if i had found a church in athens yet, which felt weird

If you are just looking at the new PC's/new member classes, they are much lower than in past years.
As far as the earlier statement that Aphi had 90% return rate...sounds suspect.

Agreed with that placement for AXO, but DZ should still be above AGD and probably DG too. It’s honestly a toss up between DG and DZ based only on PC 26, but DZ is definitely still the more solid mid tier house overall.

DPHiE honestly did lose too many girls to AXiD though. Unfortunately I suspect they’re going to stay the default bottom house even though I do feel like they’re great girls who don’t deserve that stigma. But the numbers and retention rate combined with their frat relations are hard to overlook
