AXO does have a better social mix than ADG, DG, and DZ, but I think the disconnects comes from them not really being “girl’s girls” + they get a lot of the judgier religious types. So they aren’t as popular with a lot of PNMs, but compensate for it by relying on the social calendar. Also not being on Milledge hurts them a bit too. But this is Greek rank, and people are going to spew bad takes when DG and AGD are both clearly mid tier, and even the newest house AXiD got some amazing girls this year from houses like AXO, APhi, DZ, Pi Phi etc… and can probably be a real threat in another couple years!
