It's only about 3% that don't get invited back all the way through to a pref. The vast majority who don't get a bid drop out when they don't like the options they have left, or they SIP at pref. If you don't SIP you are guaranteed a bid, not necessarily to your #1 but you will get a bid.

It's rare a girl gets dropped because there are 20 srats here. Usually a girl will drop herself.
If you stick it out, you will end up with a srat most likely. Just may not be your top choice.
The hard cuts are made after round 1.
I know many srats cut 75% of the girls before round two. That's usually the biggest cut. Not all cut that much at first, but the top 10-11 srats do (phimu, kd, adpi, xo, theta, kappa, zeta, aoii, axo, ddd). I know for a fact those srats cut that many. Maybe Aphi is close to that cut number too. The rest have smaller cuts. All that to say stick it out. If you made it past round 2, you are doing great!
