If you’re anything like I was last year, you don’t know if rush is for you because you’re scared all sororities are full of backstabbers that will chew you up and spit you out. we had an incident in our chapter this year that concluded with 25 girls that admitted to breaking policy being exterminated. A lot of people are speaking on here to point out the flaws in their extermination, which I agree were far too extensive; however, the situation does not represent Tri Delta at ALL as a whole. I’ve already made some of my best friends and a lot of them are upperclassmen. I joined Tri Delta because it was the only place I rushed that I felt truly welcomed despite all else. I really hope that you don’t rely on Greek Rank and understand that my chapter is so much more than a girl that used a wrong caption on a post.

Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Georgia - UGA 1.0 used to be solid middle to top tier. no more. internal and national problems. dropped 26 sisters after tricking 93 new members into getting initiated and losing their big sisters. new members wanted out but were not allowed unless they met the finacial obligation for a year. can't rush another sorority because already initiated to tridelta. sad state of affairs.

Why does everyone say they got rid of the BEST of PC18? These girls were not the best!! We are all tired of hearing that. There are still many other great PC18 girls in DDD!

Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Georgia - UGA 1.9 Read Red and Black article for media information. Sororities can learn from the DDD mistakes. It could happen to another sorority. Bid day issues with alcohol. Don't provide/buy alcohol for underage girls, even if they drink it by choice. Consequences are real and anyone can get caught. It is most real for the 25 girls kicked out of the sorority. It has nothing to do with them being nice girls or a good chapter. It has to do with getting caught. So other sororities take NOTE.

I think they are hurting as a sorority because of the loss of 25 girls and probation, but it is not like they have been banned. I think they just need to regroup. I think they will rebuild and people shouldn't be so mean.
