Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Toronto - UofT 3.0 DU used to be top tier, and then they had a long period of crisis which caused them slipping to the bottom. The good news is that they're now slowly recovering. A lot of their older guys are super solid, good looking, nice guys who know how to party, be classy and treat the ladies. Very unfortunately, many of the new guys are nerds, socially awkward or creeps, or all of them combined. Due to this they haven't pulled hot girls to their parties in quite a while, and their best relationship they have with a sorority is sadly "the-not-so-pretty -girls-one". Their house is decent but a bit run down, it's at a good location though. They throw parties fairly frequently, which can either suck or be pretty decent, definitely not the best on campus though. Big props to their president, the chapter would have probably been dissolved by now without him. If you keep going and maybe get some better new guys in the coming years, you'll surely reach top tier again soon!
