Wrong, drops don't make more spots open up. The numbers of spots are adjusted after every round based on percentages, so fewer pnm's just means fewer pnm's. The chapters affected by drops are the less stronger recruiting ones, they lose most when pnm's drop, not the top recruiting ones.

She has a point because then there are more quota additions and snaps for all the houses. if someone drops on pref day, then "the number of spots are adjusted" based on who's left
