1. SAE – Founded Chilifest, closest house/barn to campus
2. Beta – Aggie Cowboys and one of the strongest alumni networks
3. ΣΧ – The current house was paid for by oil found on the old property, consistently relevant
4. KA – Deep Houston roots and a strong Kinkaid pipeline
5. KΣ – Haunted Trails and a solid history at A&M
6. Delt – Owns one of the largest fraternity properties in the country (40 acres), and was big 3 before covid.
7. Pike – Largest chapter on campus and a social media powerhouse, though with a smaller alumni base than most legacy houses
8. Fiji – Historically wealthy with a strong reputation, but a tough last decade. Nicest barn
9. SigEp – First fraternity at Texas A&M
10. Phi Delt – Rebuilding and recently added a new barn
