KΣ – Haunted Trails and a solid history at A&M 6. Delt – Owns one of the largest fraternity properties in the country (40 acres), and was big 3 before covid. 7. Pike – Largest chapter on campus and a social media powerhouse, though with a smaller alumni base than most legacy houses 8. Fiji – Historically wealthy with a strong reputation, but a tough last decade. Nicest barn 9. SigEp – First fraternity at Texas A&M 10.
