The sorority in the tiers are not in order

Tier 1: KKG, DDD, XO
Tier 2: ZTA, DG, AXO
Tier 3: PI PHI, DZ, KD,
Tier 4: THETA, ADPI, GPHI, AOII

Tier 1 and 2 are interchangeable depending who you ask. Tier 1 is known to be girls from certain zip codes in ATX, HTX, and DTX. Hate them all you want but they are the hardest to get a bid from. Tier 2 are known for taking smaller city/school girls, but still the best of them. If you are coming from certain areas/schools, you will see Tier 1 as top.

Tier 3 are nice girls. I guarantee you half of the people who go these sororities either wanted to go a different sorority from Tier 1/2 or got their second choice on bid day and had Tier 1/2 as first. Theta could possibly be in tier 3.

100% tier 1 are top for girls from certain areas in Dallas/Houston and tier 2 are top for girls not from specific areas and arguably more universally top

Theta is tier 3 overall, and Tier 1 for a certain type of girl. They recruit some outstanding girls that every sorority wants, and more very awkward girls.
