Variety of the types guys (country, suburban, rich, etc), large chapter, classy, hangs w/ top sororities, definitely a top tier, but house sucks and is too far.

They're actually a pretty decent fraternity that probably deserves a little more credit than what they get. But if we're being honest half their members are guys who got cut from KA, SAE, or SigEp. And 90% of the girls they hang out with are only started hanging with them after they couldn't lock down a relationship with a guy in a top tier

plenty of delts have talked about they got bids from other frats during rush like SigEp, SigChi, SAE, KA ...and they still went delt... not "cut". but yeah some probably were though.

I'm a girl and I have to say I don't get why delt doesn't get more credit. Their brotherhood is one of the best I've seen and all their parties are always fun and the guys have always been nice and inviting. One of the top fraternities in my opinion because they're just a cool bunch of guys that don't act like frat bro douches like some of the top houses..

Upper middle. Mostly suburban frat stars. Known to be pretty big douches, tryhards, and players, but they have a solid amount of dedicated groupies. Girls either love them or absolutely hate them. Not very involved, known for brotherhood issues, and not liked much by other frats. No legit frat house, and what they have is super far away, but parties are pretty big and they have a lot of girls, although usually random and not in great sororities
