I agree this year's pledge class for theta Xi is the best looking they've had in a while. If next year's pledge class is the same way, I'd say they're in their way to being best looking fraternity,

a couple of above average pledge classes doesn't make you top tier. You guys are lucky to be considered mid tier looking back 2 to 3 years ago when noone knew who Theta Xi was. Get off your high horse and accept your mid tier status and quit self ranking, it's obvious.

Very fun group of guys. Know how to party. I wouldn't put them in my top 5 but they would easily be in top 10. Probably 6 or 7th best on campus which is good

It's just kinda ridiculous to suggest that these guys self rank. They're genuinely one of the best chapters on campus. Jealousy seems like the only thing that may have fueled that comment

um anyways, lots of the olders are weirdos. like the dynamic is so off. the sophomores and freshmen are the quality of the fraternity. some juniors. only some. so it's really uncomfortable being around all of the grades together. so many weird seniors and juniors. i imagine there's a lot of division throughout the fraternity.
