Diff Frat vibes??
by: Incomingincoming freshman here. can someone please explain the different vibes between the top 5-7 frats? (heard some r mostly southern. Are any mostly east/west coast? And personality type for each.)

sig nu - good grades, involved on campus and very social
sig ep - mix of classy/involved guys and crazy partiers
pi kapp / lambda - also strong houses, not as involved on campus but known to party hard
kappa sig / sae / phi delt - all "southern houses", kappa sig feels more old southern money, sae feels more rural/country, phi delt takes a mix of guys
sig chi - a lot of surfer/skater/stoner vibes
beta - super focused on grades and campus involvement, not very social though
phi kapp - wide mix of guys, a lot of gym bros
fiji - wide mix of guys, tend to be involved on campus, more funny/chill guys
delt - widest mix of personalities
byx - doesn't really get talked about on greekrank, but great if you're looking for a faith-based fraternity
