Alumni donations

Of course they do but "heavily rely" is reaching. Somebody is just butthurt their legacy doesn't get them a guarantee. Legacy requirements were hurting the chapters and causing them to miss out on better pnm's and a lot of pnm's want their own choice not their mom's or dad's. There are too many legacies this generation anyway, you could fill whole classes with just legacies but then sacrifice actual quality. Quality is what chapters "rely heavily on".

The ‘Greek Affiliation’ question should be eliminated from the rush registration form if legacies don’t matter. Why even ask anymore?

A few sororities still do give special consideration to legacies but you don't have to answer that question on the form.

What are you talking about? Both my parents get hit up for donations constantly from their sorority and fraternity.
