is sorority life for me?

I'm probably going to TCU next year. If I'm going to go to TCU, I want to do the sorority thing. Here's the deal. I look a lot like Rebel Wilson. So much so that when I'm out and about people think I'm her. I love the way I look , I think everyone is beautiful, and I have no interest in changing. If I go through recruitment, am I going to be dropped by all the sororities because I'm not skinny? If I get a house, will guys make fun of me?

You will be fine. We are a very diverse and inclusive sorority system. You'll find a home.

A lot of sororities are super inclusive and kind. Adpi, kappa, aoii are just a few! Definitely go through rush!!!

Sororities at TCU are VERY cliquey. Just a heads up. And by the way, ADPi and AOPi get made fun of on a daily basis. Just part of Greek Life. You should rush regardless. FIGHT THE POWER

At least this person was honest. I would love for you to come here and shake things up, cause we sure as hell need something. But the reality is that this school if very "southern way" and very vapid.

With Americans getting bigger and bigger, sororities are going to have to accept Women of Size (WOZ) or sororities won't be around much longer. Get with the times Panhellenic.

If you feel like going through, DO IT! They preach every year about values based recruitment and many chapters do just that. However, there are chapters that are perceived to care more about looks. Go through recruitment with the same confidence you have every day and look for somewhere you feel comfortable. Every chapter is different so i would say go in looking for a place you feel you could fit well in
