They are invited to a lot of events and are popular among frats, but it seems to be based upon their past reputation of being hot and fun. The new Zetas are exclusive, snotty, and average looking (apart from a select few hot girls). They used to be top tier, but are falling down the ladder fast.

Sisterhood is alright. You’ll see a lot of Zetas on campus, but each PC is getting worse and worse

Honestly, Zeta used to be top, but not anymore. Their recent PCs have been basic and everyone I know in the sorority hates it... so many girls dropped this year lol

Many consider Zeta top tier but they kinda fell off this year. They don’t have as many attractive girls as similar top tier sororities, but still a solid group. They’re like DG but more blondes and friendlier. Still top tier though.
