Idk why Tri Delta isn't higher because this is a hugely popular house. Every year there are girls that don't want to see any other house on their bid day card.

As a whole this chapter is nothing special but it has a strong history and the girls who choose it likely were recruited in high school and don't want anything else

This seems to be a house people are conflicted about. A few girls from the same zip codes want DDD SO bad but to the rest of campus they seem irrelevant. They are low in grades, involvement and have a mixed reputation. If you are a fan, you LOVE them but most people don't even think about DDD.
