Honestly, pi phi is one of the best houses at tcu. pi phi and chi o always have the best rush return rates and everyone knows it. Stats are stats. Quit trying to hate on pi phi chi o and tridelt because everyone knows they are top tier you are just kidding yourselves.

Was a desirable house but dropped to lower middle tier this year because of all their problems. Delta Gamma and Tri Delta are above Pi Phi after this disastrous pledge group.

This has been a tough year for Pi Phi. Bad choices have led to alcohol poisonings and other issues. The problems have affected how this house is viewed. No one would say they are a bottom house but they will need to fix the broken pieces of their reputation and let some time prove they have come clean.
